What is the Public Safety Assessment (PSA)?

The PSA is a research-based actuarial assessment developed by Arnold Ventures. It predicts the likelihood of attending court and remaining arrest-free while on pretrial release. When used responsibly and with fidelity, the PSA promotes consistent and, as a result, fairer pretrial decisions.
